Architecture is unapologetically estate-scale: 4,500 to 8,000-plus-square-foot brick and stone homes on half-acre to acre-plus lots, most built between the late 1980s and mid-2000s during the township’s executive-relocation boom. Styles range from French Country and Tudor Revival to refined Colonial and a smaller cohort of contemporary transitional builds. Side-entry three- and four-car garages, slate or dimensional-shingle roofs, copper accents, and finished walkout lower levels are standard.
