  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent that includes the elements specified in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights of others.

Copyright and licensing inquiries regarding listing data, photographs, or virtual tours are typically directed first to the listing brokerage or to Realcomp. Notices regarding listing content may also be sent to the address above and we will route them appropriately.
